At Tov Faith Life Coaching, I am dedicated to helping individuals rediscover their inner strength and achieve personal growth through my specialized services. With a focus on Faith Reconstruction, Christian Life Coaching, and Recovery Coaching, I provide a unique approach to life coaching that empowers my clients to overcome challenges and thrive in all aspects of their lives.

I have almost 14 years in addiction recovery myself, and am knowledgeable in the Alcoholics Anonymous Big Book, the Twelve Steps, and a faith-based approach to recovery, if that's your jam. However, you need not have any faith in God whatsoever to be successful in finding freedom! I started with no hope in anything; I simply had a willingness to do anything to get free, and a desperation to follow through.

I am also a survivor of sexual exploitation. I have managed to overcome the trauma and shame that came with being trafficked by drugs for over 5 years, and a human for a short period of time. I have returned to a normal life and am a faithful wife to an amazing husband, which I once thought would never be possible.

In 7 years a conservative Evangelical Bible college, I left with more questions than answers. However, I am an avid follower of Jesus in this politically-charged Christian Nationalist world, and while it's not always easy, I can say that it is relatively simple. I can show you how.
